Spring is just about upon us, and you know what that means here at America’s Keswick? Our biggest fundraiser of the year is coming up. Our 16th Annual Family Freedom Walk, rain or shine on Saturday, May 11th.
When a man or woman finds freedom from their life-dominating addiction and behavior, they can recover and positively affect their circle of family and friends. God worked in the life of Williams Raws over 126 years ago to establish the Colony of Mercy. William Raws was an alcoholic whose life was changed because of Jesus. His legacy lives on today here at America’s Keswick at the Colony of Mercy and Barbara’s Place - offering hope through our residential addiction recovery programs for men and women.
America’s Keswick is a place where God speaks to hearts and transforms lives! One of our favorite verses is from 2 Corinthians 5:17 – “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” It is hard to describe how wonderful it is to witness this firsthand as we see lives changed daily.
We would love for you to come out and join us on Saturday, May 11th, to walk or rock in a rocking chair. There will be food, fun, and games. You don’t want to miss this event, but you don’t have to be present to participate.
Would you consider giving a gift today? We do not receive state or federal funding, so your donation makes a difference – no matter the amount. You can scan the QR Code and follow the instructions to show your support.
I am so thankful to be a part of this ministry, and you can be part of what God is doing here, too, at America’s Keswick by giving a gift today!
