Dear Friend,

We all know someone whose life has been touched by addiction—a son or daughter, a spouse, a friend, a neighbor. The sobering reality is that many who struggle never receive help before it’s too late. But there is hope. Freedom is possible. Lives truly can be changed. That’s why I’m excited to share some important news with you.

On May 9, 2026, we will hold our 18th Annual Family Freedom Walk, the largest fundraiser of the year for America’s Keswick. This year, our goal is to raise $325,000—funds that will directly support men, women, and families seeking freedom from life-dominating addictions. We cannot do this without prayerful and faithful partners like you. This cause is deeply personal to me.

In 2015, I came to the Colony of Mercy at America’s Keswick broken and imprisoned by addiction. Heroin had a firm grip on my life, and I was headed toward an early grave. I had tried numerous rehabs, but nothing brought lasting change. I was powerless to free myself. But God intervened.

Through the ministry of America’s Keswick, I encountered something I had never truly known—freedom found in Jesus Christ. At the Colony of Mercy, God’s Word reached far deeper than my behavior; it reached my heart. The Lord dealt with the root issues of my sin and transformed my life. I stand today as a testimony of His redeeming grace, and I will forever thank God for this ministry.

Because of what God has done in my life, my personal goal for the Family Freedom Walk is to raise $50,000. This is so that men and women—right now—can receive the same opportunity to walk in newness of life that I was given.
